The usage fee (you will in effect be"renting" the usage of an image for your project) will depend on how you are going to use the image. As a guideline, an image from our stock photography library may be licensed for usage on your company's web site for $175.00. The same stock image could be used in printed materials (brochures, annual reports, etc) for $385.00. We also offer a "small business package" license that would allow you to keep the image on file and use it as needed for web use, presentations, corporate publications, brochures and catalogs for a one time license fee of $495.00. If you license three or more images from our stock photography library, we can offer a quantity discount.

Custom assignment fees will vary depending on image usage, the scope of the project and the costs involved in producing the images. For most assignments we scout the location first from the ground to determine the best time of day to return to the location in a helicopter for the actual photography. Helicopter charter costs ($350.00 to $1200.00 per hour depending on the location and type of helicopter) are considerably more expensive than a small fixed wing aircraft, however we feel the results are much better. A helicopter can be positioned as needed for the "best angle", used in restricted air spaces above cities and near airports and flown at low altitudes. (The higher you are, the more haze and atmosphere you must photograph through .. Reducing the color and details. This is particularly true in the hot and humid Florida climate)

As a general guideline, a custom aerial assignment in the Tampa Bay area for a single location might cost $700.00. - $900.00. (This would include the helicopter charter costs and the photography creative fees). You would receive a selection of 6 to 8 views of the location. For more complex projects and multiple locations please contact us for an estimate. Sometimes we are able to group multiple locations and assignments together for a savings to the client.
